2.00pm – 3.00pm:  Wedding ceremony in the Garden, with seating arranged around an aisle walkway

 

3.00pm – 4.30pm: Drinks and canapes in the Garden (and lawn games)

 

5.00pm – 6.45pm: Meal and speeches in the marquee

 

7.00-7.30pm: Evening guests arrive at the venue

 

8.00pm – 11.00pm: Music and dancing in the main marquee, firepits lit, paid bar after 9.00pm

 

9.00pm – 10.00pm: Evening food

The morning after the night before...

For those guests staying in Oxford overnight, please join us for morning coffee and pastries - drop in any time from 10.30am to 12.30pm.

Venue: University College, High Street, Oxford, OX1 4BH

Getting there: There is no parking at this central Oxford location. Arrive on foot at the main High Street entrance, which is up a few steps from the pavement through a large wooden door (if it appears closed, please push). There are two similar looking doors - it is the one nearer the centre of town and the Old Bank Hotel, opposite an old-style red telephone box, slightly beyond where the bus stops finish. The College Porters (at the entrance) will direct you to the Fellows' Garden (or Alington Room if the weather is against us). ​​​​
